The owner is a very nice guy. Treated my wife kindly when she came in too early and started working on her car anyways. We had a nasty ding right on the body line on our blue Tesla and he got it out. You can’t even tell it was there minus the buffing he had to do that created a little hazing in the paint. This is an expected outcome when buffing out scratches but it was needed in order to remove them. I’m happy to trade off a very noticeable card sized amount of scratches for an unnoticeable haze You can only see the hazing if you know what to look for. I’m very please with the outcome and will come back for any future dents or dings. Thank you for the superb work!

I backed up into one of those industrial mailboxes in a parking lot just 3 days after buying a really nice (practically new) used car. I was devastated and kicking myself that I had dinged up the trunk of this great car. Ken had me come over to his shop to evaluate what could be done - gave me a very fair estimate and was able to schedule the repair for the following Saturday. He fixed the dent, painted over where there was some loss and even applied paint to an area where I saw some deep scratches at the front that I hadn't noticed before. Ken was awesome at communicating throughout the whole process and when the job was done, the car looked back to how it looked when I first got it. Great work! Absolutely amazing work. I love my car and baby it as much as possible but still got a door ding by a neighbor, and some unfortunate curb rash.
