I first contacted Ken based on a neighbor's recommendation since I had received a large dent in my car right below the fuel filler door; a very difficult place to repair. I had previously contacted a few other shops, but they were very wishy-washy with quoting a price and wanting to see the vehicle first. I sent Ken a short video and he gave me a quote. The next week, he did the repair flawlessly, at the quoted price, and in less time than what was expected. 10/10!After that, he asked me if I'd be interested in have my car's paint corrected and ceramic coated. It took me a few months, but I followed up and asked if he could do it last week. I called him on a Monday night after 8pm, and he told me to bring the car in Wednesday and it would be ready by Saturday. He TOTALLY transformed the car! It now looks better than when it was new!I will only go to Ken for my future dent repair and detailing needs!
